It has been four years, June 15, 2008 at MIS,142 races, since Dale Earnhardt, Jr. has has driven his race car into Victory Lane.  However, it could all come to an end Sunday afternoon at Michigan.  Junior was second fastest in practice with a blazingly fast lap speed of 201.061!

Looking at our choices

The only player who was brave enough to pick Dale Jr. for Michigan, the scene of his one and only points race victory for Hendrick Motorsports, is Carolyn.

Our current points leader in the fantasy league is one of three players to choose Carl Edwards to win.  Along with Jason picking Edwards, Richard and Zee are also on the Carl Edwards bandwagon Sunday.

There are two more groups of three players with one choice.  Bernie, Dawn, and Dan are all banking on Carl Edwards’ driving skills to score maximum points for a win at Michigan. And lastly, Karen, Jim, and Jeremy have all chosen Matt Kenseth to win the race Sunday

There are two drivers that have two players each putting their fate in them for a good results.  Denny Hamlin has Edie and Carole riding as his copilot Sunday.  Additionally, Marc and yours truly are banking on the reigning Sprint Cup champion, Tony Stewart, to secure a win them Sunday.

The rest of the players all have independent picks Sunday.

Good luck to all!

TIL NEXT TIME, PULL YOUR GLOVES UP, FLIP YOUR VISOR DOWN, AND LET’S GO RACIN’!
