Here we are in the middle of June, and staring down the dog days of the summer NASCAR schedule.  The travelling NASCAR circus will be in the backyard of the US auto industry, the Michigan International Speedway, for The Quicken Loans 400.

With the recent repaving of the facility, it has inherited the moniker as NASCAR’s fastest race track!  Even though this track has some dramatic speed in the track, Michigan International Speedway has produced some very long, boring, fuel milage races.  Now with this new car, the Gen 6, we shall see what this new car can do with this facility, in order to make the racing much more fan interesting!

For the Michigan race, Carl Edwards has received the confidence of four players, the largest group backing one racer in the fantasy league this week.  “Jason The Latent Hippie”, “David The Mudslinging Throttle Jockey”, “Dan The Numbers Cruncher”, and Carlton, all are hoping that Edwards can conquer the high-speed MIS racing facility.

The Las Vegas Weasel (TLVW), ol Kylie Busch, has three players rooting him on at MIS.  Edie, Marc, and “A&M Aggie Sue” are hoping that they get some great points with this JGR M&M’s Camry Sunday!

The hopes of Zee and Carole are riding in the right seat of the HMS #5 Farmer’s Insurance Chevy piloted by Kasey Kahne at MIchigan.

Additionally, Clint Bowyer is the choice of both Dawn and yours truly, “Leon The Humble Sheriff”.

To round out the picks of this week, the remaining six players all have individual picks, and you have guessed it once again, are totally in “bidnez” for themselves!
