Kyle Busch
Continuing the momentum from his 2015 championship and breaking a string of bad luck at Kansas, Kyle Busch wheeled his No. 18 to Victory Lane for the third time this season, earning his first career win in the Go Bowling 400 at Kansas Speedway. With the win, Busch now needs victories at just Pocono and Charlotte to have won at every active track in the circuit.

The Fraternal Order of The Go Fast

Once again nobody selected the race winner and therefore this award goes vacant this week!

The Movers and Shakers

The highest scorer of the week is Edie The Las Vegas Super Star grabbing 39 points from Kevin Harick’s second place finish at Kansas.

The unlikely duo of Jerry The Buschwacker and Leon The Retired Airline Captain, Part-Time Cardiologist and Strawberry Picker, and Your Most Humble Sheriff each gathered up 38 points but from different drivers this week.  The Buschwacker received his points via a Kurt Busch’s third place finish, while Your Most Humble Sheriff was rewarded his points from Matt Kenseth’s fourth place finish.

Meanwhile, Carlton The Doorman and Marc NN (No Nickname) each logged 32 points from “Blazingly Bad” Brad Keselowski’s 10th place finish at Kansas.

Also having a good week were Lonna The Quilt Angel and Jason The Latent Tie Dye Hippie and All-Around Edgy Dude.  This duet made up the Carl Edwards rooting section for the Go Bowling 400 and was rewarded with 30 points for Cousin Carl’s 11th place finish.

Rounding out the top five scorers for the week were Carole, aka Rudy and David The Mudslinging Throttle Jockey who received 29 points for Martin Truex,Jr’s 14th place finish.

Once again there was widescale movement throughout the leaderboard this week.  Only four players, our leader Snoopy Dawn, Linda The Cookie Mom, Karen The Highly Opinionated Southern Belle and Zee, aka Sissy remained their previous positions after the Kansas,  Doing the ol basic math, that would tell you that 17 players shifted place after Kansas.

This biggest movers this week were Dan The Numbers Cruncher and Doug The Former Mudslinger and Psychic, Turned Kettel Corn Dude, each slipping down four positions.

Climbing up three places on the leaderboard were both Lonna The Quilt Angel and Leon Your Most Humble Sheriff.

Additionally, Jerry The Buschwacker stepped up two places this week.

The remaining 12 players in the fantasy league either climbed up one place or fell one spot after Kansas.

Straight From The Crapper

The news from this section of the report involves just one player!  With a microscopic one (1) point scored this week Cole The On Demand Baseball Player wins uncontested “The Crappiest Pick of The Week” award.  Additionally, with that subpar performance The On Demand Baseball Player plumetted back into being solely in charge of “The Outhouse Award” this week!

Next week NASCAR travels to the state of Delaware to race at “The Monster Mile” at Dover.

Well there is only one race left in this segment and the top five positionsl are really still up for grabs.  There are only 16 points that separate the top seven players and this last race at Dover will have a lot of drama associated with its outcome.  The players that end up in the money, the top five scorers, may need “a little help from their firends” to keep them up on the podium!
