As The Playoffs begin this week, the focus shines a big light back out west to The Las Vegas Motor Speedway! Usually, in previous years, I would be setting up camp in the Vegas area for the race at LVMS. However, this year I will be bypassing this race in order to prepare for my impending open heart surgery, more than likely after Homestead in mid November.

OUR VEGAS SELECTIONS

Nearly one third of The Redneck Fantasy League, five players in total are riding into Las Vegas on the coat tails of Kyle Busch. Those five players include Jim, aka Chiefy, Kathy The Church Forecloser, David The Mudslinging Throttle Jockey, Carole, aka Rudy, as well as Bernie The Bay Area Bandit. All five players are hoping for a big payday as the first race of The Playoffs unfold at Vegas.

A fourth of The Redneck Fantasy League, four players, this week are rooting for Blazingly Bad Brad Keselowski. Those four players are Carlton The Doorman, Dan The Numbers Cruncher, Jeremy The Coach, as well as Leon Your Most Humble Sheriff.

Additionally, there are two drivers that have amassed a rooting section of two players each. Linda R. The Lemonade Lefty and Kilmanjaro Bobby are betting the farm that Denny Hamlin will deliver them a maximum points race at Vegas.

Lastly, Amber The Extremely Lucky Cheddar Head and Snoopy Dawn are putting all their marbles into the marble sack of MTJ, aka Martin Truex, Jr. Needless to say that these two ladies would love to see Truex drive his hot rod into the Victory Lane celebration.
